We currently ship to USA, Canada, United Kingdom, India, Australia, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. For shipping to other countries or any regions not listed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
DUTIES & TAXES
All prices displayed are exclusive of all and any applicable duties and taxes. Canadian customers will pay sales tax according to the province in which they reside. This will be applied to the advertised price of the product. All and any applicable duties are included for shipments within Canada only.
For customers residing outside Canada, import duties are not included in the prices displayed. You may be charged import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Since these amounts vary from region to region, we cannot provide you with an estimate of how much duties will be. You may contact your local customs border agency who may advise you based on the information you provide them.
If a customer refuses to pay the duty or taxes as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect his/her order from the Shipping carrier, then LuxShoppe.com will not be liable to refund any amount for such orders. And the sales transaction will be considered complete.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
For in stock pieces, please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be processed and shipped out from our warehouse.
For made-to-measure, custom and other pieces, please allow 5-7 business weeks (or as noted on the product page) for the order to shipped. If you require the piece soon or by a certain date, please email us with the product details at email@example.com.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail with an order status update and shipment tracking number, once your payment has been approved and the order has been shipped.Please note: the delivery times might be subject to delays due to customs or transportation delays. We make every effort to keep you informed at all times. If we anticipate any unplanned delays in your delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the industry and the custom finishing and sizing on most outfits, LuxShoppe.com is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on our merchandise.
Should an item not meet your expectations, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item. Our Quality Team checks each item to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But in case of damage, or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us with photos of the damage or issue within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will review and respond to your e-mail with further instructions.
For approved return requests, all returns must be received unused, tagged and in the original packaging within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you. Upon receipt of returned items, you will receive an account credit (excluding shipping cost) towards a future purchase at www.luxshoppe.com. Credits will be issued 10-15 business days from the day we receive your returned item and it is deemed an acceptable return.
All costs associated with shipping the returned item are to be borne by the customer. Please make sure any returns/exchanges are shipped back to us via a insured and traceable courier as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages by your courier.
