LuxShoppe is an e-commerce retailer of luxe South Asian apparel and accessories. Designed for the fashion-forward consumer, our goal is to provide you with a stress-free shopping experience of modern, elegant and limited-edition designs that are sure to be your favorites. Our collections are curated from luxurious, rich fabrics and embellished with intricate detailing and finished with high quality. 


Where does get its products from?

All of our products are unique, handpicked and limited edition. Inspired by South Asian craft skills and handwoven textiles, we work with select visionary designers and production houses to curate each season's exclusive collection. You are sure to stand out in our limited-edition designs whether you are a sophisticated showstopper or a timeless diva.




How do I place an order?

Once you find an item that you wish to purchase, simply select your size (a link to the size guide is available each product page) and then quantity, and click on the “ADD TO CART” button located directly below.

You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart, or you can proceed to checkout. You can review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on “MY CART” in the top right corner of the page. If you would like to remove an item from your shopping bag, click on the “Remove” below item. You may also change the quantity of the number of pieces you would like of the same piece. Once you are satisfied with your purchase, click “CHECKOUT” for payment and shipping instructions.

Once you have placed your order you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement along with an invoice. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse, and you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number.


I want to purchase a "Sold Out" item. Will you be getting it back in stock?

Although, majority of our collections are seasonal and limited edition, please do not hesitate to e-mail us at with details of the desired item. We will do our best to see if we can restock it for you. 


Which size should I choose?

On each product details page, there will be a link to a size guide. Choose the size that best matches the product you wish to buy. Please keep in mind that sizes can vary slightly from designer to designer. The sizing chart is simply a guide. We also offer custom sizing or made-to-measure for most of our collection, as will be indicated on the product details page. If you have any specific questions or require a custom size, please e-mail us at and we will do our best to help you.


How do I tell you my size if I want custom sizing?

After you have placed an order, we will contact you via email with a measurement guide & form for completion. For all enquiries on sizing contact


Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Yes, in order to checkout you must first register and open an account. Once you register with us, you will enjoy the benefits of being the first to know of promotions, sales or collection launches on You will also be able to track any packages that are being shipped to you by us.


Can I add items to an existing order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order if it has already been submitted for processing.


How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, send an e-mail within 24 hours of order placement to indicating your order number for a full refund. Cancellation requests are subject to approval as your order may have begun processing. If your cancel request is approved, we will refund your payment right away. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to show on your account. After 24 hours, a refund cannot be given as your order has begun processing.


I've placed an order, when will I receive it?

Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be processed and shipped for in stock pieces. For made-to-measure or custom sizing pieces, please allow 5-7 business weeks or as noted on the product page for the order to be shipped. Shipment transit time may require 2-10 business depending on the destination of the shipment. Please note: the delivery times might be subject to delays due to customs or transportation delays. We make every effort to keep you informed at all times. If we anticipate any unplanned delays in delivery of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. A tracking number is provided in an email acknowledgement once your order is shipped.


Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

We make every effort to display the colors of our products on as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display and color settings will accurately depict the colors of the products, as electronic device screens can vary. There may be minor variations in the fabric colors, prints or embroideries of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.



What methods of payment can I use? accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards.


What currency can I buy in? currently charges in Canadian dollars (CAD) currency. The option to view prices in other currencies is for convenience and reference purposes only.


Will there be duties or taxes payable on my purchase?

All prices displayed on are exclusive of duties and sales taxes. Canadian & USA customers will only be charged the applicable provincial/federal taxes.  All other countries will be charged any applicable taxes and duties by their countries border services once the shipment arrived into their country.



How will my order be delivered to me?

We work with reputed carriers such as DHL, Canpar, etc. Your order will be dispatched through one of these couriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail along with a tracking number so that you can view your order status online.


Do you ship to my country?

We currently offer shipping to Continental United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, India, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. For shipping to other countries, please contact us with your order enquiry.


How much will I be charged for shipping?

Please refer to the shipping cost guide in our Shipping Section.  We offer Free Shipping on orders over $500 Canadian Dollars shipped within USA and Canada.  And we offer Free Shipping to other countries on orders over $800 Canadian Dollars.


Can I change the shipping destination once my order has been dispatched?

No, unfortunately once an order has been dispatched, the shipping destination cannot be changed. Before placing an order, please ensure you provide an appropriate address accordingly.  We will not be held responsible for any address which are lost or incorrectly delivered due to the shipping address provided on an order.


Can my billing address and shipping address be different?

Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the Zip code/Postal code. Please not that we do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. There must be someone available to sign for the package.


Return & Exchange


What is your return and exchange policy?

Due to the nature of the industry we operate in, is currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on our merchandise. Should an item not meet your expectations, please e-mail us at within 48 hours of receiving the item with photos of the issue. We will review your complaint and respond to your e-mail with further instructions.


My order has arrived damaged / incorrect? What do I do?

Our Quality Team checks each item to make sure it's up to our standards before we dispatch it to you, so damage is rare. But in case of damage, or if we have sent the wrong item, please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photos of the damage or issue. We will review your complaint and respond to your e-mail with further instructions.

For approved return requests, all returns must be received unused, tagged and in the original packaging within 7 days of when the item was delivered to you. Upon receipt of returned items, you will receive an account credit (excluding shipping cost) towards a future purchase at Refunds may take 10-15 business days to show in your account from the day we receive your returned item.

All costs associated with shipping the returned item are to be borne by the customer.
